Warranty

Our shop uses the most modern equipment and highest quality materials available, but if under normal use, you discover a defect as a result of materials or workmanship, it is warranted for a period of 3 years from date of production.  Any repairs or replacement will be performed at the sole discretion of Target Audio Products.

Customer Support and Warranty

Target Audio Products are built on the proven design concept of high mass and high rigidity.  The resulting "Mechanical Grounding / Acoustic Coupling" that is acheived is exceptionally effective.  This method was pioneered in speaker stand and component stand designs originally manufactured by Target Audio Products of the UK in 1981-1999.  The original UK company no longer exists but these same designs are available once more, though now using modern, improved manufacturing practices to achieve greatly increased quality and reliability compared to 35 years ago.

Stable and strong, exceeding expectations

Speakers and Components won't move back and forth or tip or slide on surfaces

High mass / high rigidity steel stands "mechanically ground and acoustically couple" speakers and components to the floor for their best and most musical performance.

Floor spikes and rubber feet included, along with top spikes and rubber pads.  Protect surfaces, speakers and your components too.

Thick, welded steel brackets, 12.9 and 10.9 hardened steel fasteners provide a higher clamping force and greater rigidity.

Dense, flat packed (knock down) stands are easily assembled by you, the end user, with one simple tool that we supply.

Today, Target Audio Products are 100% designed and manufactured by hand in Ontario, Canada, using the highest quality materials, tools and workmanship.

Target Audio Products are available in a stylish black matte finish.  We use only environmentally friendly, textured powder paints that are electrostatically applied using an automated line which are cured at 350F resulting in a durable and attractive finish.
